This plan offers a complete solution for climbers ready to maximise their performance, combining fully individualised, data-informed training with reduced-rate, in-person coaching. Each session targets both physical development and technical progression, using industry-standard tools and evidence-based coaching methods.
Performance coaching can take place in the gym — focusing on areas like finger strength, pulling power, and overall training principles — or on the wall, refining movement, projecting tactics, and preparing for outdoor performance. Guided sessions make training straight forward and easy to follow with exercise videos and descriptions to ensure you are getting the most out of every session.
First-time plan purchases require the Complete Profiling package (£280, required once). Repeat profiling is optional but recommended.
