This allows sessions to be highly specific and effective for projecting, targeted technical work on and off the wall, and power/velocity-based training.

Video Analysis

Our Video Analysis sessions break down your climbing movement frame by frame, providing a clear and objective view of how you move on the wall. Using slow-motion playback and structured movement assessment, we identify patterns in technique, body positioning, and efficiency that are often difficult to recognise in real time.

This process highlights both your technical strengths and the subtle areas that may be limiting progress—whether that’s footwork consistency, sequencing choices, centre-of-mass control, or power generation.
