All training and coaching is delivered through a custom-built performance monitoring app designed specifically for climbing. The app is used to collect, organise, and visualise assessment and training data, while all analysis and decision-making is carried out by your coach.

Assessment results, training plans, session logs, and ongoing performance metrics are integrated in one place, allowing training priorities and loads to be adjusted based on objective data rather than guesswork.

This approach combines the consistency and clarity of structured data tracking with informed, experience-led coaching, ensuring training remains aligned with your specific climbing goals.
