Using industry-standard hardware and validated testing methods, we measure key areas such as pulling and compression strength, shoulder stability, lower limb power and flexibility, and posterior chain strength, while also identifying potential injury risk factors.

Finger Performance Assessment (3 Hours)

Our Finger Profiling Session is a comprehensive three-hour assessment designed to measure every key aspect of climbing-specific finger performance. Using industry-standard hardware and validated testing protocols, we evaluate maximum strength, power (rate of force development), and endurance (anaerobic and aerobic) across multiple grip types and positions.

The session provides an in-depth breakdown of your passive and active strength, wrist and sloper performance, pinch strength, and overall power output, offering clear insight into both strengths and areas for improvement. Results are presented in the Climbing Performance Lab app, with detailed comparisons to your peer group and actionable feedback to help guide future training.
